Romance Collection

Jewellery inspired by medieval posy inscriptions — poetic messages sealed in metal.

In the 14th century, after centuries of divine order, love found its voice. These pieces reflect a time when romantic devotion became a virtue worthy of being immortalised.

Posy ring "The Time Will Come"

Posy ring with an inscription in Old French — a reflection of courtly love and devotion.

On the outside, engraved: “VNG TEMPS VIANDRA” — “The time will come.” Inside, “MON DESIR ME VAILLE” — “My desire keeps me awake.” These words, encrypted in metal, were a promise, given at the edge of anticipation and passion. Inspired by an artefact from the Victoria and Albert Museum collection.

and remembrance.

Memento Mori Signet Ring

Memento mori speaks not of an end, but of a life shaped by conscious choices.

A skull and roses serve as a reminder: life is fleeting, yet its meaning lies not in the fear of the end, but in how each day is lived. Inspired by an artefact from the collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

BEAUTY MEANT TO BE UNDERSTOOD

Jewellery woven with the meaning and symbols of the past world.

THE PAST IS NOT A MUSEUM PIECE

A 1000-year-old design — meant to be worn, not displayed.

ELEGANCE BEYOND TIME

Elegance remains when everything else fades.

Flora & Fauna Collection

Jewellery inspired by the natural symbols of the Middle Ages.

Their forms encode signs that once spoke of strength, eternal renewal, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Circlet Of Flowers

XIII-XIV century annular brooch, where symbols of lineage and union intertwine.

Six flower petals — a sign of harmony and love. Two heraldic shields, once bearing noble insignia, may have sealed a union in marriage. Such a combination is rare, yet within it lies the story of familial vows and heritage. Inspired by a find from Magdalen Laver, Essex, United Kingdom.

PENDANTS

Medallion “Universe”

This medallion — a medieval universe frozen in metal.

Within it intertwine the signs of harmony, eternity, wisdom, and renewal. Each detail holds meaning. The circle is the most ancient symbol of infinity. The eight-pointed star leads to rebirth, and the fleur-de-lis completes the composition as a symbol of purity and nobility. In the 13th century, this ornament was a reflection of the universe, encoded in metal.

RINGS

Ring "Secret"

Fire, hidden beneath a lock.

The torch on the shoulders of the ring — a symbol of the inner light that cannot be extinguished. The padlock on the shield — a secret that is guarded. Together, they form a symbol of feelings hidden from the world, yet living forever. Inspired by a 15th-century ring found in Sherborne-in-Elmet, United Kingdom.

ANNULAR BROOCHES

Annular brooch "Fede"

An annular brooch with the symbol of Fede — a mark of fidelity that has endured through the ages.

Hands clasped in a handshake speak of a union sealed by trust. This symbol, originating in Rome, continued to bind fates through the 14th and 15th centuries. Inspired by a find from Hatfield, Essex, United Kingdom.

LOCKETS & RELIQUARIES

Pomander

A pomander, created for those who valued the art of fragrance.

In the 17th century, such cases held precious oils and essences, allowing their owners to carry an aromatic shield with them at all times. The engraving on the central partition — a trace of a time when perfumes were not merely a luxury, but an integral part of daily ritual. Inspired by German jewellery from the first half of the 17th century.

Questions & Answers

Are your pieces exact museum replicas or historically inspired designs?

"Some legends are timeless as they are; others find a new voice in the present."

When we first began, we created precise replicas of historical jewellery. Today, we do not merely preserve history — we let it live anew.

Some symbols and forms remain untouched, for they are beyond refinement. Others we reimagine with the same reverence, allowing each piece to carry the meaning of its era and weave its legend into the present.

Where do Thésaurí Temporum pieces come to life?

"Every piece begins with a legend. Every collection begins with an exploration."

Every design begins on the road, where history leaves its marks. Travelling through places where time lingers, we absorb details, artefacts, and symbols – searching for meanings hidden in stone and myth.

Then comes the research: Pavol Croft studies archaeological finds, ancient cultures, and forgotten signs, distilling them into design.

Only when history is understood can it be transformed into jewellery worthy of carrying its meaning.

Once history is woven into form, our designs are entrusted to master jewellers – artisans who preserve the tradition of impeccable craftsmanship. In 2024, we began working primarily with German artisans.

Why is history important to your jewellery?

"Beauty meant to be understood."

True elegance is not only beauty but knowledge, forged into form.

History in our jewellery is more than inspiration – it is depth, a connection across generations, a conversation with the past through the language of symbols.

What materials do you use? Are they safe for sensitive skin?

"Legends deserve a setting of noble metals."

We use only precious metals – sterling silver (925) and gold in 14K and 18K. For centuries, these have been the chosen materials to preserve symbols of power, strength, and devotion.

Our silver pieces are plated with rhodium or gold to enhance their brilliance and durability.

Free from nickel and other allergenic alloys, our jewellery is safe for sensitive skin.

How does the waitlist work?

"Legends belong to those who know how to wait."

We have adopted a waitlist system because most of our time is spent travelling, and researching history, culture and ancient legends to shape our collections.

This allows us to create truly unique and meaningful pieces – jewellery that stands beyond time.

Joining the waitlist does not oblige you to purchase, but it gives you the chance to be among the first to access a new collection.

Once sales open, you will receive a private link to place your order, valid for 36 hours. After that, access to the collection closes.

Why are your collections limited?

"Legends are never mass-produced."

We release our collections in limited numbers because each piece is part of history, not just a product. We do not chase quantity but meaning and uniqueness, ensuring that every piece remains rare and valuable.

Once a collection sells out, it becomes part of the past, making way for new stories to unfold.

What happens if I miss a collection?

"When a collection closes, it becomes part of history. But some stories have more than one chapter."

Some collections are released in stages until their limited run is complete, but we do not produce the same designs endlessly.

Join the waitlist to stay informed about future releases and secure your chance to claim a legend. View all current waitlists.

Thésaurí Temporum collections are for those who know how to wait – and who understand the value of rarity.
